Exclusion Login
If you are a Settlement Class Member and you don’t want apayment from this Settlement, but you want to keep the right tosue or continue to sue Manitou on your own about the legal issuesin this case, then you must take steps to get out of the Class. Thisis called excluding yourself—or it is sometimes referred to as“opting out” of the Class.
To exclude yourself, you must submit an Exclusion Request either online or by mail no later than February 4, 2026.
To start your online Exclusion Request, you must login with your Unique ID and PIN. You can find your Unique ID and PIN on the Notice you received. If you misplaced your notice, please contact the Settlement Administrator at info@ManitouSettlement.com or (833) 417-4965. Please request your Unique ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.
