Objection Form Login

If you are a Class Member and do not like part or all of the Settlement, you can object to it. Objecting means telling the Court your reasons for why you think the Court should not approve the Settlement. The Court will consider your views. You cannot object if you have excluded yourself from the Settlement.

To object, you must submit your Objection no later than February 4, 2026.

To start your online Objection, you must login with your Unique ID and PIN. You can find your Unique ID and PIN on the Notice you received. If you misplaced your notice, please contact the Settlement Administrator at info@ManitouSettlement.com or (833) 417-4965. Please request your Unique ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.
